Delivery

I use Royal Mail for deliveries, all orders are recorded and require a signature.

This ensures orders are traceable and signed for, as required under PayPal T & C ,  plus provides more convenience if you are not at home when your Moonsugar parcel arrives. 

When you check out it defaults to 2nd class signed for so please select  first class, when you check out, if you need a delivery more promptly .

I aim to dispatch standard orders within 3 working days (please note commissions and wedding favors need 3-4 weeks notice) .

Moonsugar reserves the right to use a courier for large orders due to Royal Mail weight restrictions. If we use a courier any additional costs will not be charged to you.

Please note that these delivery charges are for UK only there is also an option for a small parcel to USA  please contact us for quotes for delivery options to other countries  

Privacy Policy

Moonsugar will not disclose your details to third parties other than order delivery details as required as part of order fulfillment.

Session variables are used on this site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. We use Google Analytics to track sale conversions and to provide insights into how visitors use this site and how they arrived at this site.

Moonsugar does not disclose this information to any third parties.

Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your purchase up to 7 days after receipt or before.

However, should you wish to cancel, please inform us by Email, or contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of receipt of your order. With the exception of custom made products, all items can be returned unused for a full refund in the event of your dissatisfaction. Your statutory rights are not affected.

A full refund for postage will not be given once the item has been despatched,. Return postage will also not be refunded. Items MUST be returned via a trackable method ie Royal Mail signed for.

If an item arrives damaged, photographic evidence MUST be provided with 48 hours of receiving the goods via a suitable contactable method.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Directive be aware that payment is taken for goods before dispatch. Products must be returned unused, in a suitable condition for resale and via a trackable delivery medium.
